SMM News on June 16: According to an official announcement from a company in Hunan, bidding sales for 700 mt of bismuth concentrate for June 2025 commenced today. The specific registration deadline for bidding and the deadline for submitting quotes is before 10:30 a.m. on June 18. The quality specifications are 18% ≤ Bi < 45%, 15% ≤ H2O < 25%, approximately 200-600 grams of Ag, and approximately 1.5 grams of Au. The settlement quantity will be based on the actual on-site weighing. This batch of 700 mt of bismuth concentrate is currently stored in the company's warehousing center. According to the official announcement, there will only be one bidding session, with a bidding quantity of 700 mt. The settlement quantity will be based on the actual on-site sampling and weighing. The base price for bidding in this project is 118,000 yuan/mt (metal content). The price quoted by the bidding unit cannot be lower than 118,000 yuan/mt (metal content); otherwise, it will be considered an invalid quote. Due to the substantial inventory in the seller's warehouse, the successful bidder is required to pick up the goods within three working days after winning the bid. Currently, although the bidding price is not low and the bidding period is only two days, market observers speculate that there is a high probability of a successful transaction.
